Job summary

Wood invites an experienced Structural Construction Superintendent to lead on-site activities for high-profile oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Wood's safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in oil and gas with at least 5 years on major capital projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively. Wood offers a competitive package and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel extensively for multi-week periods and adapt work location as needed.
• Must be qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee total construction field effort to ensure conformance with design, specs, budgets and schedules.
• Manage and execute field disciplines or subsets of on-site construction on large projects (>$500M).
