Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site execution in Abu Dhabi for high-profile oil and gas projects valued above USD 500 million. You will drive safety, quality and schedule adherence while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and contract milestones.

The role demands a strong background in major capital projects, excellent communication, and the ability to work within Wood's global delivery framework. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent with extensive construction management experience.
• Experience on large oil and gas capital projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety and quality focus required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary field teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design, quality, safety and environmental standards.
