Job summary
Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on-site activities for high-profile oil and gas capital projects in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee field teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multi-billion USD programs.

Qualifications
- Degree with 20+ years Oil and Gas experience, including 5+ years on major capital projects (> USD 500M).
- Experience in an Oil and Gas operating company is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively for multi-week periods.
- Qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects come in on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee construction field effort to adhere to design, specifications and costs.
- Coordinate field personnel schedules to maximize productivity and on-time delivery.
- Maintain safety, quality and environmental responsibilities within the area of control.
- Support cost and schedule control through effective management of variations.
