Job summary

You will collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret concepts and translate them into precise drawings, while maintaining version control and updating designs as projects evolve.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 3 years of drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably with exposure to commercial or residential projects.
• CAD certification is desirable, validating technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed structural drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
• Prepare and revise drawings based on project changes and feedback, maintaining version control.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess conditions for accurate design documentation.
