Job summary

GCS Building Contracting LLC is seeking a skilled structural drafter to create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software. You will collaborate with engineers and architects to interpret concepts and translate them into precise drawings, while maintaining version control and updating designs as projects evolve.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, at least 3 years of drafting experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably with exposure to commercial or residential projects.
• CAD certification is desirable, validating technical expertise.

Responsibilities
