Job summary

IRTH Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to translate concepts into detailed drawings and construction documents in Dubai. You will ensure designs comply with codes and standards while supporting multiple projects from concept to permit submissions.

You will use AutoCAD and other 3D tools, collaborate with architects and engineers, revise drawings on feedback, and maintain organized drawing records to streamline project workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture or related field.
• 7+ years as a draftsman in architectural firms or consultancy.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate drawings, plans, and details using CAD software, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
• Assist architects and project teams in developing design concepts and coordinating architectural elements.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, ensuring all changes are documented.
• Prepare technical drawings for building permits and submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain an organized drawing register and documentation to streamline project workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to integrate all project components effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance drawing quality and efficiency.
