Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation to partner with the Executive Director in establishing governance for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and to support strategic initiatives across real estate, hospitality and development assets.

The role covers transformation programmes, portfolio management, new business blueprints, and end-to-end delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CFA/CA preferred.

• Between 4-6 years’ experience in a strategy role within consulting or similar organizations.
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry gained through direct industry experience or several projects in the sector.
• Experience working on Real Estate projects.
• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred: MBA / CFA / CA qualified

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation.
• Lead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones.
• Define and assess readiness of initiatives aligned with business objectives and priorities.

Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation at the corporate office. This role would be well suited to someone who has worked on Real Estate strategy projects within a global consultancy.

The job holder is responsible for working closely with the Executive Director – Strategy & Value Creation Office in establishing and implementing the governance framework for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and supporting in implementation of strategic initiatives to meet the intended objectives, and also support with Governance activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Transformation and Tech

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.

Building new businesses

• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation.
• Translate approved business blueprints into executable implementation plans and lead mobilization through launch.

Portfolio management

• Lead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones.
• Prepare management updates highlighting progress, key risks and mitigation actions.
• Review and challenge vertical submissions to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable reporting.

Implementation special projects

• Define and assess the readiness of initiatives ensuring that they are set up for success aligned with Dubai Holding’s business objectives and priorities.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end e.g., identifying and structuring problems, analyzing root causes, developing and recommending solutions, developing execution approach / methodology, mitigating identified risks, while managing a complex stakeholder landscape across business.
• Define effective and sustainable delivery milestones of strategic transformational initiatives.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure on‑time delivery with high level of accuracy through effective collaboration.
• Ensure regular information exchange with all relevant stakeholders and update them on the development progress across projects.
• Build relationships with key personnel to help achieve organizational goals.

Reporting

• Contribute to the development of presentations on business cases, research, progress across key mandated objectives, performance and communicate results across the organization.

Real Estate Exposure

• Lead strategic and value creation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of real estate, mixed‑use, hospitality, and destination development projects, identifying opportunities to enhance commercial performance and long‑term asset value.
• Translate complex real estate and market insights into actionable strategic recommendations, driving value across the full asset lifecycle from planning and development through to operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify operational efficiencies, revenue enhancement opportunities, and strategic initiatives that maximise return on investment across real estate assets.

Who we are looking for:
