Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced Trading Business Development and M&A Specialist to support investments across its Trading and Downstream businesses. The role covers market intelligence, opportunity screening, valuation, due diligence and post-deal monitoring within deal teams guided by senior colleagues.

Requirements include 7-9 years in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking or related fields, and a strong background in financial modelling and investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
• Support market intelligence, due diligence and investment screening.
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A deals, JV and investment opportunities.
• Perform DCF, comparable and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare investment memos, business cases and management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors across the deal lifecycle.
