Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in infrastructure engineering or project delivery.
• Minimum 10 years in stakeholder management in Dubai.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership roles managing stakeholder teams.
• Proven track record delivering mega underground infrastructure with multiple authorities.

• Lead stakeholder management across design and construction phases.
