The role requires 10+ years in stakeholder management, strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of Dubai authority approvals. Travel within the UAE may be required and you will work in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; minimum 10 years in stakeholder management with successful infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with Authority Approvals in Dubai; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management tools; understanding of governance and sustainability practices.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in stakeholder engagement; multicultural collaboration acceptable.
