Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to drive engagement and approvals for major transport and infrastructure programs across Dubai. You will coordinate with government authorities, utility providers and clients, leading meetings and managing interfaces throughout design delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Infrastructure background, 12+ years of stakeholder management experience, and fluency in English with Arabic knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Experience on major transport and infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English; Arabic bilingual highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for Dubai/UAE projects.
• Identify and manage project stakeholders through all design phases.
• Coordinate with government authorities, utilities, and transport agencies.
• Lead stakeholder meetings, workshops and reviews.
• Maintain stakeholder registers and approvals trackers.
• Provide regular progress updates to project leadership and clients.
• Identify risks related to stakeholders and implement mitigations.
