Job summary

Egis in Dubai seeks a Senior Stake Holder Engineer to lead strategic stakeholder engagement for infrastructure and master plan projects. You will drive authority approvals, map stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and successful project outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 10+ years in stakeholder management with a proven Dubai project delivery record. Travel within the UAE may be required; the position is based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Implement stakeholder engagement activities aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage authority approvals with RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, CED Trakhees, DDA, DCD, Etisalat, Du, and others.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize key stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and tracking registers.
• Cultivate relationships with government entities, community organizations, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement reports to leadership.
