Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead major infrastructure and masterplan delivery.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong civil engineering background, 15+ years in engineering consultancy, proven Dubai project leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years in engineering consultancy or major development programmes.
• Recent Dubai project experience and client-facing stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and project delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure efficient and integrated project delivery.
