Strengthen warehouse performance through operational analysis, process improvement and effective coordination across the supply chain. The role supports dependable materials handling, efficient use of facilities and resources, and compliance with applicable operational and safety requirements.
Supervise assigned activities and develop team capabilities to meet functional objectives. Introduce suitable tools and working methods to improve throughput, service quality and operational consistency. Prepare management information and progress reports that make warehouse performance issues and improvement outcomes visible to decision-makers.
Work with the SVP Group Commercial Operations and Execution, divisional leadership and other internal teams to align warehouse initiatives with business priorities. Engage suppliers, vendor organizations and relevant government officials on operational and regulatory matters. Coordinate with ADNOC affiliated companies on information sharing and potential inter-company material transfers.
Follow applicable ADNOC HSE policies, Codes of Practice, legislation and sustainability requirements. Incorporate safe operating practices into warehouse procedures, staff training, facility assessments and improvement activities.
The position requires substantial hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations combined with experience directing teams and improving performance. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting operational data, addressing inventory and fulfillment issues, coordinating with logistics partners, reviewing supplier performance and translating findings into practical plans.
Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
A master 's degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of warehouse operations experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
Relevant professional certifications in warehouse management, supply chain management or logistics are preferred.
Warehouse performance measurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, receiving and shipping, warehouse process optimization, budget control, supplier coordination, operational reporting, staff training, safety compliance and continuous improvement.
