Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is recruiting a Specialist Plastic Surgeon for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The role focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive surgery within a multidisciplinary team and a modern clinical environment serving international patients.

We seek internationally trained surgeons with recognized qualifications and a commitment to patient safety, ethics, and ongoing professional development in a DHA-licensing context.

Qualifications

• Internationally trained with UAE licensing eligibility.
• Excellent communication with diverse patient populations.
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft-tissue cases.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe selection.
• Manage perioperative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow-up.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation when required.
• Maintain high standards in photography, documentation, patient confidentiality and surgical governance.
• Support service growth through ethical practice, patient education and quality improvement.
