Job summary

Health 7 Careers seeks a Consultant/Specialist Plastic Surgeon for a premier multispecialty hospital and premium aesthetic center in Dubai. The role focuses on both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, backed by advanced surgical technologies and an international patient base.

The position requires 3+ years post-specialist experience and board certification, with responsibilities spanning evaluation, planning, and execution of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.

Qualifications

• Recognised specialist qualifications from major boards (US/UK/EU/Canada/Australia) or Arab Board are required.
• Experience in both cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
• Ability to plan and execute complex aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures including rhinoplasty, facelift, liposuction, abdominoplasty and breast surgeries.
• Conduct reconstructive surgeries for trauma, congenital defects, and post-oncologic conditions.
• Evaluate patients and develop personalised surgical treatment plans based on clinical assessment and aesthetic goals.
• Utilise advanced surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and laser-assisted procedures where appropriate.
• Provide pre-operative consultations and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and surgical safety standards.
