Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is hiring a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. The role requires leading complex cases, multidisciplinary planning, and patient counselling in a premium clinical environment.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with Board Certification or Fellowship in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration.
• 5-7 years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; strong English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery services.
• Perform complex reconstructions following trauma, burns, cancer treatment, or congenital conditions.
• Undertake microsurgical procedures and participate in multidisciplinary planning.
• Provide facial, breast, and body aesthetic procedures with individualized plans.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and risk reviews.
• Develop operative plans and discuss options, risks, and recovery with patients.
• Coordinate non-surgical aesthetic treatments within approved scope.
• Monitor postoperative recovery and manage complications.
• Collaborate with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, anaesthesia, nursing, and critical care.
• Maintain DHA compliance and clinical governance standards.
• Communicate clearly with Arabic-speaking patients and families.
