Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East seeks a Specialist Plastic Surgeon for a leading UAE healthcare provider. The role covers aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma and breast procedures in a modern, international care setting.

Work within a collaborative team of consultants, nurses and allied professionals, with UAE licensing support and relocation assistance offered where applicable. A strong emphasis on patient safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE regulations and hospital governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft-tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe patient selection.
• Manage perioperative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow-up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation.
• Maintain high standards in documentation, photography and patient confidentiality.
• Support service growth through ethical practice and quality improvement.
