Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is assisting a leading UAE healthcare provider to recruit a Specialist Plastic Surgeon for a full-time role in a modern, accredited hospital serving an international patient community.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, contribute to advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, and engage in continuous medical education while navigating DHA licensing and visa processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Specialist Plastic Surgeon with recognized credentials.
• Experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures preferred.
• Ability for multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centred care.
• Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft-tissue procedures according to scope.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe patient selection.
• Manage perioperative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow-up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation as needed.
• Maintain high standards in photography, documentation, patient confidentiality and governance.
• Support service growth through ethical practice and quality improvement.
