Job summary

PulseHire HR Middle East is recruiting a Consultant Plastic Surgeon for a UAE-based healthcare provider. The role focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures within a multidisciplinary team and aims to serve a diverse international patient population.

The ideal candidate will join a modern, quality-driven environment with DHA/DOH license conversion support, data verification, visa processing, and relocation assistance as part of the onboarding package.

Qualifications

• Proven qualifications in plastic surgery from recognized boards.
• Experience in aesthetic, reconstructive and hand procedures.
• Ability to practice in UAE with licensing and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast and soft-tissue plastic surgery procedures.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures with informed consent and counselling.
• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive procedures according to expertise.
• Manage perioperative planning, surgical complications, wound care, post-operative recovery and follow-up.
• Provide comprehensive consultation regarding aesthetic goals, treatment options, risks and outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation teams.
• Maintain high standards of clinical photography, documentation, patient confidentiality, infection control and surgical governance.
• Participate in clinical audit, quality improvement, patient safety and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Support ethical practice, patient education and the development of high-quality plastic and reconstructive surgery services.
