Job summary

Dr Scent in the UAE is seeking a Senior Specialist: E-Commerce to oversee marketplace channels (Amazon, Noon, and regional platforms) and drive brand e-commerce operations across markets. You will manage product listings, inventory, campaigns, and reporting dashboards.

The role requires 4+ years in UAE/GCC e-commerce, fluency in Arabic and English, expertise in Seller Central/Vendor Central, and strong analytical skills to optimize stock turnover and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of e-commerce and marketplace management experience in UAE/GCC.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and major regional marketplaces.
• Strong analytical and inventory management skills.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace & Platform Operations: Manage end-to-end product listings, catalog updates, inventory planning, and order movement on Amazon and other regional marketplaces.
• Campaign Planning & Briefing: Develop monthly promotional campaign plans and collaborate with the creative team to request tailored visual assets and ad creatives.
• Budgeting & ROAS Optimization: Plan, allocate, and optimize campaign budgets across marketplace ad formats to achieve target sales and margin metrics.
• Reporting & Analytics Dashboards: Build and maintain detailed monthly e-commerce performance dashboards tracking sales, traffic, conversion rates, and stock turnover.
