Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant based in Dubai to own the end-to-end technical strategy for the region’s largest enterprise evaluations. You will lead discovery, solution design, and technical validations, partnering with Sales leadership to shape regional deals and mentor peers.

You’ll communicate value across IT and executive stakeholders, addressing complex environments, data residency, and security requirements while demonstrating MoEngage architecture and AI decisioning

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related role.
• Strong at value selling with ability to articulate business value to IT and C-level.
• Experience navigating RFPs for regulated or complex enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for large enterprise evaluations across MEA.
• Lead discovery and solution design for complex environments including legacy systems.
• Design and lead technical validations, proofs of concept, and security reviews.
• Mentor junior colleagues and align with Sales leadership on account strategy.
