Pactive Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Solar O&M Supervisor to lead on-site management, field supervision, and technical execution of O&M activities across multiple solar facilities in the UAE. You will bridge office and field teams to ensure PPM, CM, cleaning cycles, and emergency callouts meet SLAs safely and efficiently.

The role requires 6+ years in solar PV with at least 3 years in supervisory positions, a Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, and a UAE driving license.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on technical experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, or O&M.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or lead technician capacity supervising field personnel and subcontractors.
• Valid UAE manual light vehicle driving license is mandatory.
• Experience with local UAE safety guidelines (DEWA/Shams Dubai, ADDC, SEWA).

Responsabilidades

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise internal technician teams and subcontractors across scheduled site maintenance activities.
• Supervise the execution of PPM schedules per manufacturer guidelines.
• Lead rapid CM responses to isolate faults and minimize downtime.
• Oversee module cleaning routines and water quality to protect warranties.
• Manage site inventory, testing tools, safety equipment, and spare parts.
• Serve as on-site safety custodian with Toolbox Talks and JSA risk assessments.
• Ensure PTW compliance and adherence to access protocols and regulations.
• Review subcontractor deliverables against technical task sheets before site signoffs.
• Prepare site service reports and RCA documentation with photos.
