ACWA Power in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator (Solar Field) to perform field cleaning tasks using heavy machinery in compliance with O&M procedures and HSE guidelines. The role requires coordination with the Solar Field Engineer and CRO to ensure safe, efficient cleaning operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in CSP environments, a Mechanical Technician background, and a valid truck driving license.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Technician qualification.
• Truck driving license required for field duties.
• Experience with CSP technologies and cleaning trucks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform solar field cleaning tasks using heavy machinery in line with O&M procedures and HSE guidelines.
• Coordinate with Solar Field Engineer and CRO for cleaning schedules and operations.
• Inspect trucks and equipment; monitor oil/water levels, electricals and safety checks.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the packing area and trucks as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic vehicle and equipment faults encountered on site.
• Adhere to cleaning truck speed, distances to collectors and supplier recommendations.
