Job summary

Etihad Energy Services in Dubai is seeking a seasoned operations and maintenance leader with 8–10 years of relevant experience in energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering, with UAE experience preferred and a proven record of leading technical teams and implementing maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, energy services, facilities management, renewable energy and building systems, including at least 3-5 years of experience leading a technical team. UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• O&M planning and execution, work verification and quality control.
• KPI implementation and performance monitoring.
• Complaint handling and resolution.
• Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedule compliance.
• Solar PV system operations and maintenance.
• MEP and building services management, HVAC, BMS and lighting.
• Energy efficiency and performance optimization.
• Team supervision and contractor management.
• SLA compliance and operational reporting.
• Health, Safety and Regulatory compliance.
• Cost control and continuous improvement.
• Client and stakeholder coordination; Budget and resource management.
