Job summary

Etihad Energy Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily O&M activities for our energy services portfolio.

The role requires 4–6 years in O&M with at least 2 years supervising technical teams; UAE experience preferred. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mech/Electromechanical engineering is required. You will supervise technicians, coordinate with contractors, ensure KPI/SLA, and uphold HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance (O&M) facilities management, energy services, renewable energy and building systems.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising technical teams or site maintenance activities.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily O&M activities and maintenance execution
• Inspect and verify work completed by technicians and contractors
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance compliance
• Support solar PV system operations and maintenance
• Coordinate MEP services including HVAC, BMS and lighting
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot faults
• Handle service complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor KPI, SLA and quality compliance
• Conduct site inspections and ensure HSE and regulatory compliance
• Supervise technicians and monitor team performance
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and operational teams
• Maintain maintenance records and operational reports
• Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance resources
• Support energy efficiency and continuous improvement
• Escalate major technical issues and operational risks
