Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring)
• Experience with .NET, Golang, and C#
• Proficient in testing with focus on automated end-to-end quality
• Experience with Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful Services)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery

Responsibilities

• The systems that make that happen are yours to own. You will be embedded in a cross-functional team (engineering, product, data) working on this domain end-to-end: discovery, design, delivery, and what happens after it ships.
• Participate in continuous discovery of customer/business needs to drive desired outcomes
• Design, write and release software as a solution to end-to-end problems in your domain and deliver value in small batches
• Understand scalability and complexity of services and own and improve the entire SDLC
• Mentor and inspire other engineers and optimize the team’s practices to become self-organized and continuously improving
