talabat in Dubai seeks a senior software engineer to own end-to-end services within a cross-functional team (engineering, product, data). You will design, implement, and deliver software in small batches, aligning with XP practices and continuous delivery.

You will mentor others, drive improvements in SDLC, and advocate for scalable, reliable distributed systems using .NET, Golang, and C#, with cloud platforms and modern testing.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in XP environments (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, continuous refactoring).
• Proficient in .NET, Golang, and C#; strong focus on automated end-to-end testing.
• Experience with distributed architectures (microservices, event-driven, REST).
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience with trunk-based development and continuous delivery.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end software systems within a cross-functional team (engineering, product, data).
• Participate in continuous discovery of customer needs to drive outcomes.
• Design, implement and release software in small batches following engineering standards.
• Ensure scalability and manage SDLC complexity across services.
