You'll own the strategic spine of the pitch, synthesising research inputs and audience data into one compelling proposition, while working daily alongside the Creative

Qualifications

• 8+ years in social or communications strategy experience including destination, luxury, and hospitality brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic spine of the pitch, from insight to organising idea to executions, as one continuous argument.
• Build the channel and market architecture across multiple international markets with migration logic for client sign-off.
• Synthesize research inputs, audience, media, and social listening into a single, defendable point of view.
• Fluency across the organic social landscape and ability to articulate it in compelling decks.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to align strategy and creative landings.
• Experience working with PR and media agencies in integrated plans is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

We're looking for a Senior Social Strategist to lead the strategic thinking of a flagship pitch for one of the region's most high profile destination launches. This is a thinker-writer role, not a content-planning one. You'll take a dense, data heavy client brief, a stack of research, and a room full of creative ideas, and return one compelling proposition the whole team builds on.

You'll work daily alongside the Creative Director so strategy and creative land as one thing, not two chapters.

What You'll Do

• 8+ years in social or communications strategy experience including destination, luxury, and hospitality brands.
• Own the strategic spine of the pitch, from insight to organising idea to executions, as one continuous argument
• Build the channel and market architecture call across multiple international markets, with migration logic client stakeholders can approve in the room
• Synthesise multiple research inputs, audience, media, and social listening, into one point of view the deck stands on
• You'll have fluency across the organic social landscape
• GCC experience preferred; multi-market work is a real plus, as is experience working alongside PR and media agencies in one integrated plan
• You'll have excellent deck craft at pitch level
• Professional fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage
