Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction across multiple social and digital client accounts
• Develop strategic campaign concepts, content pillars and platform-first creative ideas aligned with client objectives
• Drive engaging, insight-led and culturally relevant creative output across social campaigns
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand tone, audience expectations and platform best practices
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including content, design, video and client servicing to deliver campaigns effectively
• Support the creation of high-quality, standout creative work that strengthens the agency's overall positioning
• Stay up to date with social trends, emerging formats and platform developments to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
• Review campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise future content and creative direction
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• Previous experience within a social media, creative or integrated agency environment is essential
• Strong understanding of social-first creative, content strategy and campaign development
• Experience working across consumer-focused brands is highly preferred
• Arabic speaking candidates would be advantageous due to the nature of the client portfolio
