Job summary

Refine Development Management is seeking a Handover and Snagging Officer in the United Arab Emirates to oversee inspections, identify defects, and coordinate with contractors for timely resolution. The role focuses on delivering high-quality handovers with a seamless client experience, from initial inspection through final key handover.

Responsibilities include conducting snag inspections, preparing snag lists, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining clear client communications.

• Coordinate with construction and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
• Attend snag inspections and handover appointments with clients.
