Job summary

The Snag Master is seeking a Property Surveyor in Dubai, UAE, responsible for inspecting properties at different stages and producing detailed snag reports. You will document defects with photos/videos and communicate findings clearly to clients and contractors.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on technical competence across building types, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with Lead Surveyor and Operations Manager to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Competent in snagging and defect identification across architectural, MEP, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishing trades.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties at various stages: new construction, DLP, renovations, etc., covering structural integrity and finishes.
