Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Manager, SMB Benefits to lead the development and commercialization of Visa's small business benefits proposition. You will source and negotiate high-quality partners, coordinate with regional markets, and drive enrollment features aligned with Visa 2030 strategy.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage budgets across regions, and enable scalable sales and onboarding processes while delivering measurable value to our SMB customers globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD.
• Deep product management experience within commercial/B2B payments and SMB software.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional partner sourcing strategy for SMB benefits and identify/ negotiate benefit providers.
• Package and commercialize attractive benefit packages with local markets.
• Collaborate with global teams to define enrollment features and capabilities.
• Align benefits with Visa 2030 strategy and communicate vision to customers and partners.
• Standardize sales/implementation/onboarding processes to scale operations.
• Create training materials and technical guides for each benefit/region.
• Support development of sales and GTM documentation and drive client adoption.
