Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in consumer banking payments product management.
• Proven track record of high-value partnerships.
• Experience designing consumer benefits with partners.
• Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the management of Visa's affluent benefits across CEMEA.
• Develop and reevaluate benefit offerings to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to activate CVP strategies.
• Design GTM approaches for resale benefits with partners.
• Foster strategic partnerships with vendors and issuers.
