Khatib & Alami is seeking a Senior Site Project Manager for Dubai Infrastructure Projects. The role involves leading supervision teams on high-complexity projects on site, with responsibilities for schedule, cost control, quality, HSSE, and client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in civil engineering supervision within the Middle East, plus strong leadership and contract management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent is preferred.
• 15+ years of Civil Engineering and planning experience in a top-tier regional/multinational consultancy.
• Experience in construction supervision and client management.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Manager - Supervision and Proposals with development of supervision proposals, including input on delivery costs and margins.
• Lead internal and external project kick-off meetings and align stakeholders for major projects.
• Review and approve contractor work programs and submittals for high-complexity projects.
• Guide verification of project scope baselines and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Review and approve QA/QC and HSE plans for projects.
• Manage project risks and contingency plans and monitor schedules.
• Handle claims, variation orders, and RFIs with client and contractors.
