Job summary

LINKVIVA Website in Dubai is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a freelance role. You will lead on-site execution for large-scale events, overseeing builds, installations and live operations with a focus on safety, efficiency and top quality.

You will manage site teams and coordinate across departments, ensuring seamless delivery from build through breakdown in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on large-scale event builds or site operations.
• Strong knowledge of site logistics, safety and compliance (HSE).
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale events, activations, or multi-site builds.

About the Role
