Zusammenfassung

Wood is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Site HSE Engineer to lead and manage all HSE activities at the project site. The role requires a proven track record implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving HSE programs for construction, commissioning, and operations on high-profile projects.

You will ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, while promoting a strong safety culture and zero harm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related health and safety field.
• 15+ years of HSE experience on oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Proven ability to manage HSE during construction, start-up, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PTW, JSA, HAZID, and risk assessment methods.
• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead HSE activities during construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor project-specific HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve zero harm.
