Job summary

Met T&S Ltd. is seeking a Road Safety Engineer (HSE) to lead site HSE activities across EPC Oil & Gas projects. The role requires guiding JHA/JSA processes, validating site HSE plans, and coordinating training and oversight of subcontractors. The candidate should have 10+ years in HSE on large-scale projects and hold a NEBOSH IGC certificate.

The position includes on-site duties, accommodation and transportation provided by the company, and a rotation-based schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field is required.
Minimum 10 years’ work experience in HSE roles on EPC Oil & Gas projects or refineries.
NEBOSH IGC Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Verify site HSE plan adequacy and related procedures; revise as needed.
Update HSE documentation through construction phases as necessary.
Ensure subcontractors comply with HSE procedures and standards.
Organize HSE walks, inspections, audits, and prepare reports and actions.
Coordinate HSE training on site and participate in HSE meetings with MOM notes.
