Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil/Architecture) for an upcoming Abu Dhabi project on a fixed-term contract of about 4.5 months. You will manage day-to-day site execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, 7+ years of site engineering experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 7+ years of site engineering experience on building or construction projects.
• Ability to run site operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and site resources.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills; proactive hands-on attitude.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and supervise daily site activities in line with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Plan upcoming works (short-term look-ahead programmes) and sequence activities to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, equipment and materials to keep the site productive.
• Monitor progress against targets and the baseline programme; flag delays early and propose recovery actions.
• Prepare accurate daily progress reports covering manpower, equipment, work completed and issues.
• Anticipate site constraints and resolve them with the project team.
