Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to oversee luxury villa construction. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works, and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and schedule.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 6 years of villa/high-end residential site experience, with strong coordination, QA/QC, and HSE knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of site experience, preferably villa/high-end residential projects.
• Strong experience in structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Experience working with consultants and client representatives.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily site activities for villa construction works.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
• Ensure works meet required quality standards and approved materials.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with the consultant for approvals.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and monitor project milestones.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate RFIs with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site procedures.
• Monitor snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
