Job summary

DEC Dynamic Design Studio seeks a highly skilled Site Architect to oversee and supervise architectural works on villa, residential or commercial building projects. You will review IFC and shop drawings, coordinate site activities, lead site architects and finishing inspectors, and ensure all works meet high workmanship standards aligned with QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Consultancy as a Site Architect on villa residential or commercial projects for a minimum of 10 years.
• Hands-on experience supervising architectural works and finishing activities on site.
• Experience reviewing IFC drawings, contractor shop drawings and construction method statements.

Responsibilities
