DEC Dynamic Design Studio seeks a highly skilled Site Architect to oversee and supervise architectural works on villa, residential or commercial building projects. You will review IFC and shop drawings, coordinate site activities, lead site architects and finishing inspectors, and ensure all works meet high workmanship standards aligned with QA/QC.
The role includes providing technical guidance, resolving on-site issues, supporting project handovers, and collaborating with the project team to
Attend site meetings and consultations with the Employer and Project Manager as required
Review IFC architectural drawings specifications and statutory requirements for the project
Lead and supervise a team of site architects and finishing inspectors
Review and approve contractor shop drawings and provide guidance on material selection and construction timelines
Provide site supervision inspection services and approve prototypes samples and finished works
Ensure works are executed in accordance with IFC drawings specifications and QA QC procedures
Review contractor construction method statements and daily reports for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate and follow up on handover procedures and project completion requirements
Proven experience in Engineering Consultancy as a Site Architect on villa residential or commercial building projects for a minimum of 10 years
Hands-on experience supervising architectural works and finishing activities on site
Experience reviewing IFC drawings contractor shop drawings and construction method statements
Knowledge of QA QC procedures project handover processes and statutory requirements
Experience coordinating with contractors project managers and multidisciplinary teams
