Parsons is seeking a Site Civil Engineer - Trenchless Networks in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to supervise stormwater networks and underground installations using trenchless methods such as microtunnelling and pipe jacking. You will coordinate inspections, review submissions, and ensure adherence to drawings and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record in fast-track projects within Dubai

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant infrastructure experience with construction supervision.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily execution of stormwater and trenchless network works at site.
• Ensure contractor follows approved drawings, specs and contract documents.
• Review shop drawings and contractor submissions; provide site direction and resolve issues.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of required inspections.
• Record quantities and measurements; monitor manpower and equipment availability.
• Maintain a visible site presence and translate designs into compliant construction.
