Parsons is seeking a Site Civil Engineer - Trenchless Networks in Dubai, United Arab Emirates to supervise stormwater networks and underground installations using trenchless methods such as microtunnelling and pipe jacking. Responsibilities

Oversee daily execution of stormwater and trenchless network works at site.
Ensure contractor follows approved drawings, specs and contract documents.
Review shop drawings and contractor submissions; provide site direction and resolve issues.
Coordinate inspections and ensure timely completion of required inspections.
Record quantities and measurements; monitor manpower and equipment availability.
Maintain a visible site presence and translate designs into compliant construction.
