Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Architect to guide architectural design across residential, commercial, healthcare, and civic typologies, leading teams from concept to detail.

You will ensure design quality, align with standards, manage scope, and coordinate with consultants and project teams on complex, high-profile programs.

A strong portfolio, 13+ years experience, and registrations (RIBA/AIA or equivalent) are required; international exposure is valued.

Qualifications

Minimum 13+ years of architectural design and management experience.
Experience managing international design consultants across sectors and typologies.
Experience in residential, commercial, public, healthcare, and educational designs.

Responsibilities

Manage Scope & Schedule, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.
Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex, high-profile projects.
Prepare, develop, and edit drawings and presentations.
Oversee preparation of materials schedules, FF&E schedules, sourcing, and mock-ups.
