Job summary
AtkinsRéalis Dubai is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the full spectrum of architectural design for diverse asset types. You will guide concept to detailed design, manage teams, ensure compliance, and drive design excellence in collaboration with client groups and cross-disciplinary teams.
The role requires 13+ years of international experience, Revit/ Rhino expertise, and a track record in large-scale projects across residential, commercial, healthcare and education sectors.
Qualifications
- 13+ years of architectural design and management experience post-undergraduate.
- Proven expertise in managing international design consultants across sectors and typologies.
- Experience in residential, commercial, public, healthcare, and educational designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead design teams across multiple asset typologies from concept through detailed design.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and cross-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Ensure design quality, safety in design, and compliance with international standards.
- Prepare architectural documentation and asset briefs for project execution.
- Oversee design reviews and mentor junior staff to align with project goals.
