Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee full-spectrum architectural design for diverse asset typologies, including residential, commercial, public and healthcare sectors. You will lead a design team, coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, and drive design from concept through detailed development.
Required are 13+ years of post-qualification experience, fluency in English, and expert use of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
Qualifications
- 13+ years in architectural design and management.
- Experience with international design consultants across sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international standards and sustainable design.
Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture design across asset typologies.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
- Prepare architectural documentation from concept to detailed design.
- Ensure design and asset briefs compliance and quality.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and NEOM departments.
