Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Architect to oversee the full spectrum of architecture design across diverse asset types. The role involves leading a design team, managing scope and schedule, and delivering from concept to detailed design while ensuring compliance with standards and budgets.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary groups, drive safety in design, and guide teams through complex, high-profile projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, and educational typologies.

Qualifications

• A recognized architecture degree with postgraduate specialization in architecture or urban design.
• International accreditations (RIBA/AIA or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Sustainability certifications (LEED PQP or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams on international design projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full spectrum of architecture design across asset types.
• Manage scope and schedule aligned with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with standards and design briefs.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Deliver architectural designs from concept to detailed design and completion.
