Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function for an assigned showroom portfolio across the UAE. You will drive sales performance, develop branch-based teams, and ensure high standards of customer service aligned with company values.

You will coach teams to meet monthly and annual targets, implement sales strategies, and maintain strong customer engagement while ensuring compliance and smooth processes across government-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales operations, performance management, and team development
• Commercial awareness with ability to drive targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, review team results, and take corrective action to improve performance where required.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
• Ensure sales processes are followed consistently, and customer concerns are resolved effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
