Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales function across UAE showrooms. You will drive performance, coach branch teams, and ensure adherence to standards and exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record in automotive or retail sales. You will build a high-performing culture, align with the company’s mission, and develop capabilities through training, performance reviews, and robust product knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles, sales operations, performance management, and team development.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, review team results, and take corrective action to improve performance where required.
• Implement sales strategies and business plans to deliver operational and commercial objectives.
• Ensure sales processes are followed consistently, and customer concerns are resolved effectively.
• Maintain high standards of customer engagement and support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
• Develop team capability through regular product knowledge sharing, training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and government-related processes connected to the sales function.
