Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years in Safety, Health and Environment roles in corporate, industrial, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong UAE/Dubai regulatory know-how and familiarity with local standards.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated SHE programs aligned with project needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments across activities and treatment plant environments.
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare investigation reports with recommendations for prevention and compliance.
• Perform safety audits, site inspections, and process reviews to identify non-compliance and improvements.
• Deliver SHE training, inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Track KPIs, incident statistics, audit findings, and corrective action status for reporting.
• Ensure ISO 14000/14001 compliance and UAE regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, operations, and project teams to integrate SHE requirements.
• Mentor junior safety personnel and drive safety culture initiatives.
