Role Overview

Our client, a reputable UAE based Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead to architect, implement, and govern the enterprise‑wide automation and low‑code initiatives using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse). The Power Platform Lead will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling scalable digital transformation through automation, AI‑driven copilots, and data‑driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and govern enterprise‑wide automation and low‑code initiatives using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Drive end‑to‑end automation delivery and define fitment and adoption strategy.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
• Transform automation practices across the organization.
• Enable scalable digital transformation through automation, AI‑driven copilots, and data‑driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Microsoft application development and 5+ years in Power Platform technical lead position.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of automation fitment, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
• Hands‑on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, and enterprise systems (Oracle/CRM).
• Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL, and basic scripting for automation orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multi‑team delivery, managing sprints, and ensuring high‑quality output.
